1. Information prior to contracting.

These general contracting conditions together, if applicable, with the particular conditions that may be established, will expressly regulate the relations between REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. with N.I.F. A46126348, and registered office of the activity in Avgda. Reial Monestir Santa Maria de Poblet, nº 68, 46930 (Quart de Poblet – Valencia – Spain), and the Users who contract the products offered through the Web page.

These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish legal system: Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Decree 1906/1999 regulating telephone or electronic contracting with general conditions in development of article 5.3 of Law 7/1998, the General Law 26/1984 for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, the Royal Decree-Law 14/1999 regulating the Electronic Signature and as many legal provisions as may be applicable.

The use and/or acquisition of any of the products of the Web page implies the acceptance as User, without reservations of any kind, to each and every one of the present General Conditions, as well as to the Particular Conditions that, in its case, govern the acquisition.

REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. informs that the procedures to purchase products are those described in these General Conditions, as well as those other specific ones that are indicated on the screen during the navigation, so that the User declares to know and accept these procedures as necessary to access the products and services offered on the website. Any modification and/or correction of the data provided by the Users during navigation will be possible and must be carried out according to the indications included on the website.

The Products offered on the Web page, together with their characteristics and price will appear on the screen. REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. reserves the right to decide at any time the products that are contained and offered to users through the website. In this way, REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. may at any time add new products to those included in the website, being understood, unless otherwise provided, that such new products shall be governed by the provisions of the General Conditions in force at that time. REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. also reserves the right to stop providing access, at any time and without prior notice, to any of the products offered on the website.

The Web page is directed, mainly to final consumers in the sense established by Law 26/1984 of July 19, 1984, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, for the own consumption of the client or of the persons on behalf of whom the User is legally authorized to act.

Therefore, in principle, supermarkets, hypermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, central purchasing offices, department stores and other intermediaries in the sector and related sectors, as well as home consumers outside the scope of activity of the website, are excluded from the service.

In accordance with this Law, REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U., when requesting quantities of products that are not usual for private consumption, reserves the right to confirm to the User the quantity that can be supplied, as well as the delivery date.
2. Procedure for the acquisition of the products.

For the purchase of products on the website, REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. will ask the Users to proceed to register, for which the Users, who must be of legal age (18 years old), must complete the instructions that appear on the screen and that will require the execution of the following instructions, as well as any others that are included in the different screens of the website: (I) complete the electronic form that appears on the Web page following the instructions indicated therein; (II) click on the “Accept” icon/button; (III) receipt in the User’s e-mail account of the registration confirmation.

The access email and password provided by the User to REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. are identifying and enabling elements to access and make purchases and are personal and non-transferable. The email cannot be modified by the User but the password can be modified, in which case the modified passwords will lose their validity.

Once the User is registered, and in order to proceed with the purchase of the products, he/she must add the product he/she wishes to purchase in the ‘Shopping Cart’, according to the indications shown on the screen, filling in the order form provided and sending it to REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U., which implies the reading and irrevocable acceptance of each and every one of the present General Conditions, as well as, if applicable, of the existing Particular Conditions. The purchase will be understood to be made at the address of REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U., unless otherwise provided by law.

Once the purchase has been made and in the shortest possible time (in principle and if there are no problems beyond the company’s control, always within 2 working days in our working calendar from the confirmation of the purchase) REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. will send by e-mail to the User/Buyer a proof of purchase.

REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. will send the corresponding invoice by mail to the address of the USER/Buyer whenever this document is requested in the purchase process.

The order confirmation or proof of purchase shall not be valid as an invoice. REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. reserves the right to cancel the access mail, and therefore the access to the Web page of those Users who maintain debit balances or unpaid with REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U.

3. Delivery of the products.

REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. is obliged to deliver the purchased products to the address indicated for this purpose in the order form by the User/Buyer, which may be different from his usual residence, and may be sent to his place of work or even to a third person to whom he intends to make a gift (products will not be delivered to post office boxes) as soon as possible and, in any case, always before thirty (30) calendar days from the date of placing the order. The shipping costs of the products purchased will be paid by the Buyer according to a scale that will be automatically calculated before the final confirmation of the order.

The products always travel at the risk of the contracted transport agency, so REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. is not responsible for any damage, loss, freight, injuries or accidents that may occur in the shipment.

REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. reserves the right to supply without price increase a product of similar characteristics that has the same or higher quality in those cases in which the product ordered is not available. In these cases, the User/Buyer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal and termination under the same terms as if it were the product initially requested.

 

4. Price and method of payment.

The purchase prices in effect at the time the order is placed are those shown on the screen, unless there is a typographical error. The prices include the taxes provided by the Spanish State.

In general, any tax, fee, tribute and brokerage that may accrue as a consequence of the purchase and sale of products, as well as any other expenses arising therefrom, shall be borne by the User.

The shipping costs, which will appear on the screen, will be paid by the User and will correspond to the rates set by the transport agency contracted at any given time, depending on the destination and weight of the shipment.

When the User adds a product to the “Shopping Cart”, the amount of such product including taxes will appear on the screen. The payment of the price of the products purchased and the shipping costs, which will appear on the screen, can be made either by credit/debit card or bank transfer. To proceed with the payment, the User must follow each and every one of the instructions that appear on the screen, providing the following information: In case of payment by credit or debit card: a) type of card; b) card number; c) expiration date; d) as well as any other required on screen.

As an electronic payment system, REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. has installed a payment gateway for electronic commerce that has contracted with the bank “BBVA”. All data provided for this purpose is encrypted to ensure maximum security.

They are hosted on a secure server certified according to the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol by Quick Certificate. This protocol is universally supported by the main browsers and guarantees the User (I) the identity of the recipient of your data (no impersonation of the seller), (II) the confidentiality of the information provided by him, and (III) the integrity (non-manipulation) of the information provided by him.

REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. also declares that in no case it stores in any way the data provided by the Users through the payment gateway, and that they are only kept while the purchase is made, the payment is made and until the withdrawal period has elapsed. In order to provide greater security to credit card owners, a three-digit number has been included on their cards that serves as an identification code to verify the physical presence of the card during Internet transactions. This three-digit number is printed on the back of your card (in the signature area), immediately after the card number. In order to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, these control digits will be requested to validate the transaction.

5. Communications between the Parties – Customer Service.

For the purposes of these General Conditions, and for any communication that may be necessary between REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. and the User, the User should contact the Customer Service Department by e-mail (send a message to the address: contacto@redondoiglesias.com or by written communication addressed to the Customer Service Department of REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. located at Avgda. Reial Monestir Santa Maria de Poblet, 68,( 46930 Quart de Poblet – Valencia – Spain).

REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. communications to the User will be made according to the data provided by the User when registering on the website. The User expressly accepts for all communications related to the use of the Web page, and/or the acquisition of products, the use of e-mail as a valid procedure for the forwarding of such communications.
