Currently REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. trusts its shipments to express transport companies avoiding long periods of time from the expedition of the order to the reception by the user.

The value of the shipping costs will be automatically calculated according to the shipping address and weight of the order.

The transport rates calculated for the order include packing in boxes, transport insurance and the corresponding VAT.

Currently from the web we only ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and some European countries.

The delivery time for orders with delivery in mainland Spain and Balearic Islands is between 5 and 7 working days from the date of confirmation of payment and for the rest of Europe (with shipping allowed) between 5 and 8 working days also from the date of confirmation.

For payments by credit card, the date of confirmation of payment is considered to be the same date of the order, while for payments by bank transfer, the date of confirmation is the date the transfer is credited to our bank account.

No orders will leave our warehouses on Friday in order to avoid products remaining in the carriers’ warehouses for long periods of time.

In case of breakage or loss of your order, REDONDO IGLESIAS S.A.U. will reship your order completely.
